i just watched iron man, it's quite cool. the ending definitely calls for a sequel! i like the red suit, the way he can jump and fly, and pepper potts. the afghani villian looked pretty pathetic though. he just went thru the movie with a pissed off look on his face. but sometimes stark talks so fast, i need subtitles mann. we need subtitles, perhaps next time we should get the dvd instead of the cd. oh the way the angmoh bad guy zhnged the suit to make it bigger,doesnt really appeal. smaller was sexier. and the smaller one was red.
yeah, it is similar to the hulk II. they coped the superhulk technology thing-formula and made a second hulk who was if i remember correctly, yellow-brown, slightly bigger, and with lots more spikes. a hornier hulk. and ultimately, you just realise that you really do prefer the green dude in purple pants.
...so many superhero movies. thinking about them, i feel the urge to create my own one. but i guess it's hard to come up with something original, that doesn't simply have superstrength, or fly, or have xray eyes...or laser beams or whatever. in that way, runaways was rather original.
oh, i get asked sometimes who my favourite superhero is, and that is just like choosing a favourite song or singer or footballer..it's hard. but i somehow like daredevil a lot. the goth and whatnot. pity the movie sorta sucked, because bullseye would've made a really cool character.
and speaking of which, i think batman has the coolest villians to fight. i mean, the joker and twoface! and poison ivy. although there is mr freeze and the penguin on the other hand =.=
and as for iron man, i like the part where he tries to fly to the moon. optimistic haha! oh an interplanetary hero'd be cool...

coolman, today qixuan pointed out when the time was 11:11 on 11/11/08. k nvm.
kinda busy, far back as i remember. let me try
(i will litter the conversation with bits of photos i took from my cycling adventures at east coast park one sunday ago)
slacking around in class with sian and enci and evelyn, i started building up card empires. here you can see the master's superzai cardhouse, (and jo's mound in the background). har~har~har.
wednesday: stayed back to play ball. sianru left for his class. it was evening. played with evelyn lanlan jo. then ate at toa payoh, burger king. oh. sundae pie. that day, obama won. i named my football obama.
thursday: went to school at 7 at night for a briefing about the aep trip to perth this december. muyao came over at 4 to...see us. and debra came too. sadly andrew was at home watching hotshot so he came to school too late to properly welcome them. briefing was with some cedarians and zhonghua secondarians, we are going perth with them too. saw some parents at the briefing, namely mr lanlan, ms tiakhui, mr and mrs syahidah, and mr and mrs enci. yep. after that went straight home to get prosperity sleep for oral presentatn the next day.

friday. OP. got abit nervous when i talked. smiled for around the first ten seconds and last ten seconds, was too busy trying to ignore my cue cards. i will remember michelle smiling (insanely) all the way as she presented. or sweetly. it depends. and after that we were all a bit happy. and the next group to present gave a presentation that was cliched but that felt like the most beautiful thing ever. er, cause project work just ended for me as i listened to them. they were quite confident so thats good for them...if theyre reading this.
results were released later on, school results. teachers talked a hell lot of shit at the lecture hall and in the end my results are..k i cant remember. there's a u for math. gp is b. pe is b. chinese is d. after that i cannot remember anything else. oh and enci went on stage to receive her ninth in the level award, the only arts stream student! and stanley and pauling got best improvement top 20 awards, hey pauline got 2nd mann!
i later heard rumours of the best student (who had a ..nice name) getting an iphone. thats interesting.
ohya jay says we should screw up our blocktests and stuff and ace either the prelims or midyears so as to get the best improved student prize. i'll admit that was on my mind when i found out that i had screwed up the midyears THIS year.
oh we celebrated qixuan's birthday as a class with cake-at-canteen, the usual routine. then karaoke after school at that damn sian community club place. let her choose some songs for sianru and yanjie and i and herself. eve and jo didnt sing much. after that i watched QUANTUM OF SOLACE with the guys. daniel craig is cooool man. i like it.
oh. bought eve's present after that. went home feeling like i wanted to be alone. sianned, i guess.

saturday: qixuan's birthday. i went to meet kwokcheung and justin and yenriel and his sis airiel and jorven and waiyong to play basketball. we went to tanah merah, played near yenrl's house. oh, the eediots were all late as usual. hai.
bball was rather fun but i preferred kicking ball. got quite hot. i remember a big bottle of 100plus that yenriel spat a bit out. dunno, i think he choked.
lunch at pasta at tampines, hinkai joined us. i ate pomodoro not creamy chicken. wanted to save money to buy the clam chowder soup which was nice!!
then bus-ed to parkway for pool. only justin and kc and i were left at that time. pooled one on one with kc for ..two hrs. quite fun la.
hinkai showed us some ulu place earlier. its called breakers. near parkway. k, somewhere near. i never been there before, but i think it was getting renovated so we couldnt go enjoy the 5bucks an hour rates.
hai, i this sorta pool-noob. gotta scout out more places to poke balls.

sunday: pooled with muyao and sianru at parkway. two hours one v one again. back got quite sian. not pain but sian. i will remember my jumpshot for life, i won by lobbing a ball and poking the black one in. walao, the vulgarity spewing pros next to us saw then confirm wanna come make friend liao.
dinner at the pastamania balcony place at parkway. oh then i bought gray sweater. yeah man! and sixpence none the richer's 'best of' album. and placebo's meds. and 2 socks from topman. quite cool to shop with the miao jie-jie. he's quite the fashionista.

monday: math lecture. damn waste time. came in late then adrian tan talking stuff about the a level paper this year. i guess to scare us. weather outside was damn nice, real shiok. the after-rain coolness.
then lunched at j8 with nictay and zihua&jay. oh of all places, pastamania again. twas the 3rd day in a row i ate at the place. tampines then parkway then j8. oh nictay just fixd braces so he came lecture uberlate and had to eat soft stuff so it was pastamania. all of us ordered main course and shared ten inch pizza. greedy boy here had a soup and lemontea too and in the end he pangseh-ed some chicken from his creamychicken plate in lieu of the pizza. then went sembawang and left.

met hanhao at vjc (bus 13 goes from bishan to along vjc there..), he was watching hot shot in the art room xiah. then went kc's house to play ball. met justin and then yenriel. played for longer than we expected. it's quite fun, i should have started earlier. but we must always bring spare ball to kick. cos bball got people who like hogging the ball.
i shall anyhow speak english la im tired
oh there was this irritating little boy, the kind who hangs around downstairs at hdbs and loves demo-ing his zai ball skills to adults. he saw me juggling football then come and mimic me. (like he can) k joking, but the irritating thing was that he couldnt really understand english, or that 'they dont wanna play three a side cos they playing bASKETBALL! ' i played with him for awhile then hanhao too. though i think that was a bad idea, or the kid'd have gone back saying fuck to his mom.
weather was cool again, damnn shiok sia. almost like i imagine the taiwan weatherd be. then we could have worn jacket and stuffs and act pro like the hotshot people and be poser.
basketball is kinda fun but i still enjoy the feel of kicking a ball. i need to train my calf or something, i cant kick the ball that far from its stationary starting position.
(hurharhur the lagoon where we jogged 2.4 around when i was in VS. and the cable ski park situated there. pity i didnt get to try it. wah this place at night quite the lohmantic ah.)

its a 'mega big mac' and there was another called the 'mega mcspicy'. but in the end the burger kinda sucks. and apparently, from the hints of the others, i donot really eat burgers in a. dunno. gentlemanly manner. but i think fastfood can be messy anyway so.
sian ru went to make specs. oh ya at macs we encountered this bunch of bengs who were also obsessed with hotshot, spewing quotes pro-lly. heck one of them even looked like the bald guy from thunderclap uni in the show.
ohya. sian ru went to make specs. play pool on your phone, go toilet shit, slack around on the couch, watch the fishes at the aquarium, and he still wont be done with his eye test. after a long wait he kept us by proceeding to try on an arraaaay of specs.
anyway. played a bit of ball back at school. then art lesson where we got scared by the prospect of coursework. the imminent prospect oh holee shit. then stayed back to scan stuff to put on my deviant, and watched yanjie predict some of my futures as well as decipher my personality and mysteries.
apparently i'm mysterious and quiet. then i..k basically i went home and came here to blog.
there are many trivial stuff that i dunno to blog about or not like buying cup noodles from 711 just now and eating at the playground outside school on my own. the trees there have grown.
blogging is...a good time waster. todays weather is damn freaking shiok again. i can wear a long sleeved shirt to bed.
